Nadine Kühlkamp is Transformation Manager at 3k. Her focus is on the content design and organizational management of workshops and transformation processes. She responds to complex customer requirements in a responsible, solution-oriented and empathetic manner.
She has several years of experience in project management and sustainable customer support. Previously, she worked as a brand consultant for a business consultancy, as well as for a large telecommunications company in the area of executive & organizational development.
Nadine studied business psychology with a focus on work and organizational psychology. In addition, she has knowledge in transactional analysis (TA-101) and holds a diagnostic license for the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
