Evelyn Stehling is Business Development Manager and member of the management team at 3k. With the customer in focus, her main areas of expertise are the conceptual design of transformation processes and the development of solution-oriented formats. Her focus is on excellent quality and the successful integration of individual customer needs.

In the 3k organization, she manages the operational side and supports the strategic direction with passion - for her, regular reflection and continuous self-development are prerequisites for sustainable success.

She benefits from many years of experience in managing complex projects and event management. Before joining 3k, she worked in the management of a hotel and accompanied change projects in an international food company in the area of human resources.

Evelyn studied business administration with a focus on human resources & business management. In addition, she holds diagnostic licenses for Insights MDI and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
