As a project manager, Steffi Krampe is a competent contact person for our clients and ensures a smooth administrative flow of projects. She passionately and energetically supports the consultants in the processing and organization of orders and workshops. In doing so, she brings in her knowledge from her training as a systemic coach and change manager in a special way. With her flair for stakeholder management, her flexibility in fast-changing environments and her approachable personality, she is the backbone of our 3k team.

She also has professional experience in the areas of personnel and organizational development and, as a trained travel agent, brings with her many years of experience in the tourism industry, event management and project management.
