Sarah Schlieper is a transformation manager and coach at 3k. With a combination of empathy, experience and know-how, she accompanies managers and teams in change processes. A systemic, solution-oriented approach, as well as behavioral reflection and strengthening of resources of those involved are particularly important to her. 

Before joining 3k, Sarah Schlieper managed international transformation projects in large corporations in the automotive industry. As a consultant as well as internally she was responsible for the management and implementation of global change and lean management initiatives. Because of that, she was able to gather a vast array of intercultural experiences. She accompanied executives up to and including C-level as a coach during various change processes. 

Sarah studied International Business with a focus on organization, leadership and change management and has worked internationally for several years. She is a certified systemic consultant for organizational development and change management, is trained in solution-focused short-term consulting and crisis intervention and is a certified agile coach.
