Lena Bierwirth is Transformation Manager at 3k. Her focus is on the content design as well as the organizational management of workshops and behavioral change processes. Solution-oriented and inspiring, she designs the development and implementation of customer-specific formats. 

Prior to her time at 3k, she accompanied various personnel and organizational development projects, both within the company and in consulting. She also has practical experience in psychological brand and marketing consulting and conducted research using empirical methods on the topics of employer branding and new work.

Lena completed her master's degree in business psychology with a focus on human resource and organizational psychology and continued her education in agile and design thinking.
