Kerstin Karuschkat is founder and managing director of 3k. For 20 years she has been working with decision makers, managing directors and owners from medium-sized businesses and corporations. She passionately mobilizes executives and teams in the implementation of change processes. In doing so, she supports the successful implementation of re-organizations as a committed sparring partner. Over the past 20 years, she has brought about change in over 300 companies.

Before founding 3k, she worked as a human resources manager (joint venture Telekom & Sprint) as well as a leader in international change projects (Capgemini).

Kerstin holds a master's degree in political science and psychology. In the USA she studied Business Administration and Psychology. She has completed a variety of trainings and education in these fields. Kerstin holds diagnostic licenses for the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Insights MDI, Golden Profiler of Personality (GPOP).
