Do you have the courage to "question" yourself as a manager?
Currently, it happens to me in almost every one of my transformation workshops: the "tough guys (and gals)" question their paradigms. Is home office possible? How much financial business information do I share with my team? Is it possible to have a top job with only 80% working hours...?
What has matured over decades as a success parameter may today block the further development of the company. "Chapeau to our courageous managers who can admit uncertainty in dialog with their teams. The business world is being rethought right now! Managers who publicly question themselves and develop new truths together with their teams are touching their employees. @ well done Jörg, Gregor, Oliver
