Corona has caused shock among many managers. Understandably so! The real economic threat can hardly be controlled. The protection of the employees has priority. (Many managers also forget that they themselves can fall ill)!

Especially now, employees need security and the feeling that the boss is providing guidance. But it is not enough to publish information about the pandemic.
